Raw Material & Drawing
Virgin PE/HDPE pellets and drawing lines prepare the yarn base.
Twisting
Yarn is twisted into the required structure — twist direction and tightness per product.
Rope Forming
Twisted or knotless structures are formed on rope and netting machines.
Coiling & Finishing
Ropes are coiled to agreed lengths and finished for export.
Net Production
Trellis netting is knitted with heat-fused nodes and reinforced edges.
Packing & Bundling
Film-wrapped coils/rolls, woven-bag packing, labels and shipping marks per order.
Quality Control Process
Every batch is checked at four stages before leaving our factory.
Raw Material Inspection
Virgin HDPE/PE pellets are tested for melt index and strength before production.
In-Process Testing
Diameter, twist and mesh uniformity are monitored on every production line.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
Tensile, UV and abrasion tests on random samples with a full inspection report.
Packing & Loading Check
Weight, labels and packing integrity are verified before containers are loaded.
